  • Description:ADMSUP: Provides a variety of clerical, data entry and administrative support duties for departments, functional groups and/or executives. 1-Types letters, memoranda and reports from drafts and proofreads and reviews documents for grammatical and numerical errors; 2-Schedules resources such as people, meetings, appointments, rooms, equipment, or other resources; 3-Prepares presentations, reports, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages; 4-Answers telephone calls, takes messages, responds to questions, and directs callers to appropriate parties; 5-Maintains, updates or creates databases and/or database information; 6-Codes, compiles and files correspondences, records, documents and reports according to an established system; 7-Performs administrative functions such as ordering department supplies, coordinating equipment repair, making staff travel arrangements; 8-Takes and prepares notes of meetings, conferences, and similar proceedings; 9-Sorts and distributes mail and packages to appropriate parties; 10-Greets and assists visitors and arrange for escorts, as necessary; 11-Prepares, checks and processes expense reports; 12-Gathers and arranges materials and relevant information for assigned project or person; 13-At lower levels, may operate a telephone switchboard with numerous extensions; 14-At lower levels, may focus primarily on data entry. 15-At higher levels, may prepare, organize and maintain documents and files of a complex or confidential nature, may track budget expenditures Typical Training / Experience - HS diploma, GED or relevant work experience; Specialized skill training/certification may be required; 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility required Dept/Org Scope & Impact - Fully functioning support role having greater responsibility to perform all (or most) most of the standard work within the function; moderate impact to the department Problem Complexity - Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex; Refers complex, unusual problems to supervisor/manager Autonomy - Under general supervision, exercises some judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, techniques; Work typically involves regular review of output by a senior coworker or supervisor/manager Knowledge - Demonstrates basic knowledge of a technical or specialty area; Readily learns and applies new information/concept in area of practice
  • Additional Information:For each CB Intense PON Overlay Construction Build
    • Check Business Access Agreement (BAA) in BID (workflow tool) for current HFC building agreements
    • Align with BAA Team if BID doesn't show a BAA on file or if the BBA is a nonstandard agreement
      • Confirming Point of Contact (POC) for Building Owner &/or Customer
    • Coordinate with building owner to schedule access to for builds (multi-entry process)
    • Work with all CA markets (possibly expand support outside markets)
    • Experienced Preferred
