Job Description

Duties: Maintain files, records and documents developed by inspectors and consultants. Review and compare scanned inspection documents to original to verify completeness, and accuracy. Provide report of findings of reviews and coordinate corrective action. Tracking expenditures.

Minimum Qualifications: Ability to learn and follow agency policies; ability to meet deadlines; knowledge of administrative practices; skill in using computer and software applications to include Microsoft Office and Excel; filing and document management and ability to handle confidential and sensitive documents appropriately; communicate effectively orally and in writing; ability to compile, coordinate and prepare reports; ability to provide good customer service.
