1. Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree. Two (2) years of administrative experience in a business or government agency with responsibility for assisting in the direction and/or coordination of office administration and other support.

1. Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc), must be detail oriented and well organized, must have strong written communication skills, and must be a team-player and maintain a high level of professionalism.

1. Duties/Responsibilities: Under general supervision, reviews and logs correspondence into database and licensing system to open complaints and prepares letters on routine matters for Team 8.

Reviews and logs initial applications and supporting electronic files into licensing system and performs written follow-up regarding deficient documents.

Accomplishes specific administrative projects as directed by appropriate supervisor.

Conducts information searches in electronic or manual file systems as requested.

Execute administrative duties which include: sorting, indexing, and filing documents according to established guidelines and procedures. Photocopying, scanning and shredding documents.

Assists with the mailing of wall certificates for all Boards on Team 8.

Provides phone coverage for all of Team 8 on an as needed basis.

Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s) : Computer, telephone, copy machine, scanner
Computer software to be used : Microsoft office suite, MyLicense online (state licensing software)
