Description:
Onsite- candidates must be flexible and able to work both shifts- days and graves. Do not submit any candidates that cannot work either shift. First week is training on days/ then after training the shift will be assigned.

Ideal candidate- Strong work ethic, ability to learn and follow procedures, team player, and must be flexible. Manager would be opened to recent grads that have qualities listed above.

Job Details: Responsibilities include:? Hands-on operation, set-up, cleaning, and sanitization of process equipment? Prepare buffers, perform and monitor critical processes ? Washroom activities, CIP, COP, Autoclave, parts cleaning, kitting, sampling. Draft and revise standard operating procedures ? Review and execute validation protocols? Perform preventive maintenance on equipment? Initiate quality incident reports? Identify, recommend, and implement improvements related to routine functions? Direct operators on critical processes ? Perform complex troubleshooting? Assist in the review of documentation for assigned functions (equipment logs, batch records) ? This includes scheduling floor activities, and logistical coordination with regard to raw materials, equipment, and resources required for successful campaign completion. ? Requires weekend and/or holiday work, and overtime as dictated by the production schedule; Skills: ; degree in Biology/Life Sciences; relevant work experience
