Billing Inquiry Associate

Hours:8:00am to 4:30pm
Description/Comment:Duties include assisting and responding to customer inquiries concerning their bill, consulting and performing the research necessary to resolve inquiries. May also process incentives, input incentive information into the system, audit shipper detail, correct suspense detail, prepare billing adjustments, and perform research. Additional duties may also include general administrative tasks.
Additional Job Details:Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, required. Problem solving, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills a must. Prior office experience is preferred. **ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS DUE TO COVID-19** Candidates on assignment are required to wear a mask when at work; additionally, candidates will be asked to perform a prework health check daily, prior to reporting for their assignment. Prework health check will include verification of temperature and questions related to symptoms and contact with others. Depending on responses to these questions, or if candidates are sick with non-COVID related symptoms, they should NOT report for their assignment, and follow up with their agency for next steps. As we continue to monitor the situation, these requirements will be reviewed and modified as needed.
