Job Description
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the IT Director and 10 other managers
  • Coordinates and assists primary secretary with all schedules/meetings, office coverage, phone system as needed; maintains filing
  • Coordinates scheduling of conference rooms and Provides administrative and clerical support to the IT Director and 10 other managers
  • Coordinates and assists primary secretary with all schedules/meetings, office coverage, phone system as needed; maintains filing
  • Coordinates scheduling of conference rooms and associated mailboxes/calendars
  • Assists with scheduling training and outreach vents; assists with coordinating all travel requests; assists with IT procurement, such as processing invoices and related paperwork
  • Assists with HR tasks (progress reports, employee assessment reviews, new hire training, health forms, direct deposit, donated leave, timesheets, etc)
  • Assists with maintaining emergency inventory and equipment loaner assignments

Mandatory skills/certification(s) Requirement:
  • Ability to comprehend established office routines and apply them as needed
  • Ability to use correct English and to spell correctly
  • Ability to work effectively with associates
  • Ability to maintain essential records and files in an organized manner, good Microsoft Office skills

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience
  • At least 1 year of clerical experience
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
