- Serve as customer service and clerical support for the Lead Safe Home Remediation Pilot Program.
- Process Lead Safe Applications that are received from Outreach entities
- Respond to inquiries from the general public.
- Follow-up with applicants on pending applications that have missing documentation.
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls.
- Enter applications into the HESWAP System (database for the Lead Safe Program).
