Job Description
  • Serve as customer service and clerical support for the Lead Safe Home Remediation Pilot Program.
  • Process Lead Safe Applications that are received from Outreach entities
  • Respond to inquiries from the general public.
  • Follow-up with applicants on pending applications that have missing documentation.
  • Answer incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Enter applications into the HESWAP System (database for the Lead Safe Program).
