Job Description

TASKS/SERVICES.  The contractor shall:
  • Manage Polycom setup requests including direct room assistance, including conference call setup.
  • Manage GoToMeeting setup requests including direct room assistance and conference call setup.
  • Manage central CLIENT IT incident helpdesk line and disseminate calls where appropriate.
  • Manage CLIENT IT calendar coordination and scheduling events.
  • Manage and administrate Jira Tickers and service.
  • Manage and administrate Service Now or similar product.
  • Manage and administrate immediate assistance directions, 'walk in' or 'ad hock' trouble-shooting problems.
  • Work with staff to organize and coordinate calendar and event organization; develop centralized meeting set up.
  • Provide assistance and management of CLIENT IT inventory system.
  • Provide meeting minutes for routine team and individual gatherings.
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT, Computer Sciences or a related discipline.Four (4) years of specialized experience plus a high school diploma is equivalent to a Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to create and modify documents and spread-sheets.
  • Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and pay close attention to detail.
  • Ability to interact well with biostatisticians, data managers, and information technology staff regarding software and hardware, and other relevant staff members is critical.
  • Ability to work independently.
