Job Overview
Our seven-person legal department supports a wide range of contracting including the review and negotiation of customer, supplier and vendor contracts. We handle customer contracting with about 2,000 hospital located on 5 continents.
Minimum Qualification
At least 3 years experience as a contract assistant or contract administrator. familiarity with contract management systems in general.
Preferred Qualifcation
Four-year college degree; and/or paralegal certificate; experience with hospital contracting; experience with procurement; familiarity with HIPAA. Experience with Novatus as a contract management tool.
Required: Associate's Preferred: Bachelor's in any field and Paralegal Certificate or equivalent experience
