- The Office of Emergency Medical Services, Education Unit, receives over 10,000 phone calls a year. Currently, there is only one staff member answering the call volume into OEMS and providing technical assistance to over 30,000 EMS clinicians statewide.
- OEMS requests customer support to assist with technical functions of a varied and complex nature involving the issuance of agency credentials and related services, and the dissemination of information via telephone, email and written documents.
- Personable and able to communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders.
