• Bachelor's Degree in Computer related field
• Strong Analytics experience working with data from multiple data sources. (Spreadsheets, Databases and Flat file formats)
• Ability to work with users to gather reporting requirements and document all findings in order to develop processes and reports to help analyze and present data in a meaningful way to stakeholders.
• Should have some HR related experience.
• Experience with Tableau is a plus
• Previous Cognos experience desired but not required
