· Microsoft Certified Professional
· MCSA Certification
· CompTIA A+
· CompTIA Network +
· IT Support Specialist with more than 17 years of experience in providing Tier I/II/III support and troubleshooting for complex issue escalated from the Helpdesk team.
· Expertise in providing technical support to desktop applications, engineering tools, handheld devices, printers and computer hardware.
· Experience in proactively monitoring servers, desktops, laptops and network infrastructure, ensuring proper 99.99% uptime. Provided unscheduled 24/7 support during outages and critical production runs.
· Excellent leadership, time management and communication skills, interfacing with VP's, executives, coworkers, and clients explaining technical concepts.
