  • Experience working with WinMagic SecureDoc Encryption tool
  • Knowledge of Quest's K1000 and K2000 tools for Application deployment and Image creation
  • Knowledge of Remedy ticketing system

  • Installs, operates, maintains, repairs and modifies equipment.
  • Performs a variety of maintenance and technical support on products such as laptops, integrated systems and software at customer and/or field locations.
  • Analyzes and evaluates products and related performance.
  • Troubleshoots and diagnoses malfunctions to eliminate problem in minimum time.
  • Installs\Uninstalls implementation software approved for environment
  • Maintains effective customer communications and relations.
  • Asset Management\Asset Tracking and maintaining accurate Asset Database
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science/systems, information systems/technology, engineering/engineering technology, software engineering/programming, management, natural sciences, social sciences, mathematics or business/finance.

Education and experience requirements may be substituted with:
  • An Associate's Degree (in the subjects above) and six years' general experience with one additional year of specialized experience.
  • A high school diploma and seven years' general experience with two additional years specialized experience.
