SECOND SHIFT 2pm - 10pm

They are offering a *** gross retention bonus to be split when the worker reaches two tenure goals: they will offer *** gross when the worker has 6 weeks of services and *** gross when the worker hits 3 months. This went into effective Monday, September 7th for all current workers and for all hires after the 7th, it will be effective from their start date. We are expecting this to go through the end of the year, but will provide updates as we go.

We need people with precision measuring experience, this means using dial or digital calipers, inside or outside micrometers and understanding the difference between 0.003 and 0.03 . I know we have the role posted as a machine operator, and I know this sounds like a general role as a machine operator. I d prefer for candidates to have run a machine, whether it be CNC controlled or manual controlled, that has had 3 axis, X, Y and Z. They should be able to articulate these axis and how they move them to get the desired results for the product they were making. General math skills are a must down to the thousandths of an inch doing addition and subtraction with them proficiently.
