Job Description

Work hours:
9:00 pm -6:00 pm or 8:00am -5:00 pm (8 hours day/40 per week), Lunch-1 hr. unpaid
Work Location:
Remotely until further instructions. Once instructed, need to work at 135 E. State Street, Trenton, NJ 08625 .
Minimum experience and education required:
Bachelor's degree or current degree candidate
Mandatory skills/certifications:
Data entry and manipulation of excel spreadsheets, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good customer/client communication skills, basic knowledge of COVID-19, and interest in public health surveillance
  • Enroll users into CDRSS and other surveillance programs, process user agreements, and issue user ids and passwords.
  • Provide user support in the use of CDRSS and other surveillance programs, including answering inquiries, updating information in excel, troubleshooting user data entry issues
  • Serve as a user resource for the NJDOH active surveillance programs, including providing training in CDRSS and other surveillance modules, entering and updating data, answering user questions on reporting, following up on data irregularities(email/phone follow-up), cleaning and updating data in Excel
  • Send regular communications to surveillance program reporting entities through communicator email platform and maintain accurate and current user contact lists for C.T.
