Job Description

This position requires building and installing PC's, systems, wireless networks and peripheral devices (such as printers, scanners, mobile/smart phones) related to desktop infrastructure, in accordance with department standards. Accurately record, update and document requests using IT service desk system. Install and configure new IT equipment. Resolve incidents and upgrade different types of software and hardware. Resolve incidents with printers, copiers and scanners.
