Duties:.The manager HR Operations is respnsible for managing all HR resources related activities and programs for specific clent groups within the facility. Develops and advocates new programs and directs their implementation upon approval. Interfaces with management at all levels in order to understand and address any HR related areas of concern. Skills:.Minimum of 7 years of experience in Human Resources
Extensive experience in the fundamental of HR including recruiting, performance/talent management, emplyee relations, and policy administation.
Previous experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment preferred. SPHR/PHR Certification preferred
Education:.Bachelor's Degree required (Advance Degree desired)
