Pay Rate Range: $35-$45/hr
Temp Only thru approx. 10/31/18 (TBD on intake call)
Work Schedule: 4 x 10's
Work Hours: 7:30am - 5pm (ev. Fri. off)
Worksite Location: Hartwell Dam in Hartwell, GA 30643
Per Diem: $144/day (Max -- non-travel days)

US Citizenship is required

Must be Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) certified in accordance with current US Army Corps of Engineers requirements specified in Engineering Manual 385-1-1.




Plans, organizes, and supervises specific portions of security system installations for the overall system installation project. Schedules major installation tasks, engages the services of local subcontractors (including the authorization the approval of payment). Coordinates the activities of craft supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors. Ensures continuity of job progress and maximizes efficiencies related to the assigned area. Serves as the primary point of contact with the client and the subcontractors. Willingness to relocate to installation site locations is expected. Current USACE background check or possession of a Common Access Card (CAC), Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) credentials, and Software House installation and maintenance certification desired.


Reads and interprets statements of work, specifications, and design drawings in order to plan, execute and complete installation of integrated CCTV, ICS and Client systems.

Familiar with ESS security components from various manufacturers

Assists in the resolution of conflicts between design and current configuration and infrastructure in order to plan, execute and complete installation of integrated CCTV, ICS and Client systems

Interfaces with site and client personnel representing Parsons interests and resolving project issues.

Makes recommendations and participates in the planning of CCTV, ICS and Client equipment installations. Makes decisions on Client requirements and the type and size of equipment to be used.

Supports the creation of project documentation including drawings, submittals and training materials

Supervises the daily activities of craft supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
This includes supervising, directing, and designating work assignments.

Maintains surveillance of labor performance, Client allocation, and effective use of tools and equipment. Ensures the use of safest and best installation practices to attain required quality control at the maximum efficiency and minimum cost.

Monitors subcontractor operations including enforcement of all contractual obligations. Initiates and obtains acceptance of appropriate back charges to subcontractors.

Understands and applies the company labor relations policies.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
