Job Description

Process applicants for employment registrations (In person and Mail-In)
Insure all forms and application entries are complete and accurate
Process forms for hearing requests
Maintain and implement patron credit suspensions and reinstatements.
Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, take messages and provide information and clarification to staff members and applicants.
Input, update and maintain employment history information screens
Input, update and maintain licensing screens.
Input, update and maintain legal screens.
Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft.
Perform and assist all staff members with all functions within the Intake Unit upon need.

Skills
Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Word applications. Required 2 Years
Experience involving the review and analysis of data, administrative practices, data processing, customer service, or maintenance of file Required 1 Years
Graduation from an accredited college or additional work experience. Desired
