Technical Skills
- Design and develop code using object orientated principles and design standards.
- Deep expertise and hands on experience with object orientated software development and the overall development domain including: languages, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Develop and implement standards for coding discipline, testing, and software maintainability.
- Evaluate, estimate, and prioritize system enhancement requests.
- Maintain the development source control repositories.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
- Research and evaluate new and emerging technologies in order to provide recommendations for future technology strategies.
- Support production by leading efforts to troubleshoot production issues.
- Minimum of 8 Years' Experience developing in C#
- ASP.NET Development-- Experience with .NET 4.0/4.5
- Extensive MVC experience
- JavaScript and CSS
- IIS 7+
- MS SQL Server 2008+
- 2 years performing at the Senior Lead of their development team.
- ORM's (Entity Framework)
- JQuery
- Bootstrap
- MS SQL Server SSIS
- .NET 5.0
- Effective communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
- Ability to independently handle and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong deductive reasoning/troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- History of handling complex projects through to completion
- Technical/process documentation skills
Education and Certifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
