Overall Position Summary and Objectives TASKS/SERVICES. The contractor shall:
• Provide training to NEO employees as well as the Ethics community, on the various aspects of the ethics program.
• Provide general consultation to the Director and Principal Deputy Director, (also the client DEC and alternate DEC), Director, NEO, and NEO employees on all areas of government ethics laws.
• Help in the facilitation of establishing the proposed Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) by assisting in the formulation of policy and development of procedures to implement all aspects of the agency's ethics program.
