Duties include but not limited to:
- Perform ongoing maintenance, small repair, and environmental improvement projects.
- Perform semi-skilled carpentry duties, including the installation and maintenance of walls, ceilings, cabinets, doors, windows, flooring, and insulation.
- Conduct skilled surface preparation and application of primer and finish coats of paint in areas designated in the scope of work.
- Perform housekeeping tasks and heavy cleaning, general grounds keeping, landscaping, building maintenance, and painting as needed.
- Maintain grounds by mowing grass, sweeping, raking, shoveling, and removing debris, branches, snow, ice, trash, etc. by hand.
- Possess a working knowledge of maintenance and repair methods, materials, and tools.
- Perform manual tasks such as lifting and placing equipment and tools.
