- Daily check and clean periodically the front entrance area of the Museum and Event Center.
- Daily remove trash and cigarette butts from the walkways, curbs and parking lots at the Museum and the Event Center.
- Daily check all trash cans in the front entrance area, steps, parking lots, sides and rear of the building at the Museum and the Event Center.
- Check and clean daily the tent floor.
- Daily and periodically remove trash from shrubbery and trees.
- Daily clean and maintain Ground Maintenance shop.
- Power wash the front entrance weekly on Mondays when above 50 degrees or as needed.
- Power wash all exterior and smoke urns black trash cans every 6 months or weather permitting.
- Clean and maintain all lawn equipment in working order .
- Clean and power wash amphitheaters on the front and inside west gates every six months or as needed.
- Assist Maintenance staff inside if needed during winter months.
- Trim tree limbs inside of fence line of SMV property.
