A Masters-level professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in public health/behavioral health program management with excellent quantitative analytical skills, the program manager will be expected to oversee daily project operations and oversee the implementation of the ESMI program and the ESMI Community Integration Program, their timelines, and program assessments.

The responsibilities include :-
  • Program management, programmatic and data reporting, managing the flow of information between contracted providers and DMHAS offices, and providing contract and audit support.
  • Other responsibilities include-- evaluates and analyzes the quarterly data received from the service agencies; Identifies trends and/or potential best practices;
  • Monitors the performance of the service teams through regular communications, conducting monthly team meetings, and reviewing quarterly progress reports from the agencies;
  • Perform other tasks (e.g., logistical support for meetings, document production, and technical assistance) and special projects as requested.
  • The staff member will be able to create presentations and slide shows and present the data and the progress of the program initiative at internal meetings as well as external meetings with stakeholders as requested.
The knowledge and skills include:
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Access, SPSS or SAS, Data analysis and reporting, program management, research EBPs, program evaluation, excellent communication and writing skills. The desirable skills include: Quantitative analysis, program management, and grant management.
  • The candidate should have a minimum Master's Degree (Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, Psychology, Social Work) with at least 5 additional years of working experience in a related field. A doctoral degree in a related field is preferred.
