LMS Administrator, Human Resources
Location: Remote
Shift: M-F 8-5
Duration: 27 weeks

Skills
• Excel formula skills (especially VLOOKUP)
• Cornerstone LMS expert (SumTotal experience a plus)
• Cornerstone Performance Observation Checklists (preferred, not required)
• Customer Service Etiquette
• E-Learning development skills a plus but not required (Adobe Captivate and Articulate (Storyline and Rise 360))
• Strong communication skills
• HR Case Management system experience preferred (e.g. ServiceNow HRSD)
Primary Duties
• Daily Customer Inquiries and Support Requests (2-3 hours/daily)
o Cornerstone
o UC Learning Center (SumTotal)
o Competency Tracker
oTraining Compliance Dashboard (Tableau)
oTranscript Report Requests
•Assist HR Tier 1 team in answering the above questions
•Compliance Training Upload Requests (1x/every 2-3 months)
•Monthly catch-up assignments (1x/month)
•Upload Nursing Orientation Rosters to Cornerstone (2-3x/month)
•Quarterly Chief/Chair Training Compliance Report (1x/quarter)
oSend to CHRO Shawn Kang (with Stacey copied)
•Nursing Certification/Degree Magnet Close-out (2x/year)
oDLW bulk import of nursing certification and degrees to Cornerstone Resume page due at the end of every June and December
oAdmin role request for updating Cornerstone Resume and access to Nursing Certification and Education Report in Reporting 2.0
•Training Transcript Report Requests (1-2x/week)
oCornerstone
oUC Learning Center (SumTotal)
•Training Assignment Request for Other Mandatory Trainings (Varies)
oChaperone Trainings ( "TeamCARE - Finding Your Voice” and "Ambulatory Clinic Chaperone Training”)
oHCC/RAF CMS Risk Adjustment Cornerstone training for new providers (Group OU ID: UCLA HR6502)
oMandatory Physician Billing Compliance Training for new providers (Group OU ID: UCLA HR710)
oOffice of Compliance Services HIPAA Privacy Refresher Training (Due in December: Assign any active faculty and academic staff in select job titles that don't have an account in Cornerstone but do have one in the UC Learning Center)
•Monthly mandatory calls
oCAG (Cornerstone Advisory Group) (Every 2nd Wednesday of the month)
oUC LMS Systemwide Office (Every 2nd Monday of the month)
Secondary Duties
•Competency Tracker Inquiries (1-2 hours/week)
oTraining completion date hasn't updated even though I completed it
oWhere can I find this training/competency
oThis training hasn't been assigned to me but Comp Tracker says its due
oWhy did I receive an overdue HR notification (which competency am I overdue?)
•Observation Checklist Tier II Support (1x/month)
oSystem down/not working (open a ticket with GCS)
oTroubleshooting issues for Observation Checklist providers.
