Seeking an experienced healthcare recruiter, preferably someone who has hospital and nurse recruitment, as well as non-clinical experience. Senior level recruitment experience is preferred, or at least 5-7 years is required. The candidate will be responsible for taking on a high volume portfolio. Bachelor's Degree preferred. The candidate should have a high level of communication skills, customer service, attention to detail, and organization. Also, the candidate should be well versed in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
This position is primarily remote but may need to come onsite for a few hiring events, however, would not exclude an experienced candidate who is not local, but deference will be given Chicagoland candidates.
