Responsibilities:
Requests resource that works well with others; great interpersonal skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel; filing, calendaring, answers phone and greets visitors when needed; meeting planning for the marketing department.
Skills/Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience working in a professional office
Associates Degree or higher in relevant coursework
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Proficiency with office equipment, such as computers, telephone system, copy machines
Familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms desired.
