Provides support to the DepartmentsÆ offices and ensures compliance with the Department's security policies and procedures, building issues, assesses needs and possible improvements.
Establishes and maintains positive and professional relationships with internal and external agency constituents.
Maintains both the highest level of professionalism and strictest confidentiality of information.
Assists the Program Lead, in evaluating security needs of Departments.
Creates and maintains security site assessment reports.
Documents and distributes meeting minutes; and compiling reports.
Keeps program plans up to date, allowing program managers to get a clear view of the current status.
