Position Title: Administrative Entity (AE) Oversight Monitor Lead
Requisition Weekly Hours: 37.5

Hybrid Telework Eligible: Yes
Current In-Office Days: Mondays and Tuesdays
Is Travel Required: Yes
If Travel is Required, how often: The Quality Assessment and Improvement (QA&I) process includes travel to Northeast Regional AEs and SCOs offices during onsite reviews which take place from September through December of every year. There may be occasional trips to Harrisburg for in-person meetings with the statewide QA&I Team, typically twice a year.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field and one year experience in the ODP service system OR five years' experience in the ODP service system.

Two (2) years of professional experience in quality oversight process of a human services program.

Knowledge of the ODP ID/A Program and policies related to Administrative Entities (AEs), Supports Coordination Organizations (SCOs)and Provider agencies.

Knowledge of instructing/presenting to various audiences using adult learning strategies.

Ability to analyze complex issues and solve them creatively.

Ability to orally communicate effectively in English with others in all levels of group and individual contacts.

Ability to communicate effectively in writing, using the English language, including computer based communication using e-mail, word processing, and data base systems.

Ability to work with a variety of individuals in teams, both as a leader and as a participant, who are geographically dispersed.

Ability to work well and cooperate with various departmental and other agencies' staff. This includes demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to present oneself in a professional manner to include personal appearance and a pleasant demeanor to others.

Intermediate computer skills including use of Microsoft Office software and database applications.
Role Description: Schedule quality assessment and improvement activities with AEs and SCOsin the designated region..

Oversee implementation of the quality improvement and assessment process for the assigned region to assure the steps are completed in a consistent manner.

Participate in a statewide response system to waiver and oversight questions to assure statewide consistency.

Develop and send performance reports to assigned AEs and SCOs based on findings from the quality assessment and improvement reviews..

Provide training and technical assistance as needed to AEs, SCOs, Providers and ODP staff when needed..

Review reports, data, corrective action plans, policies and procedures as related to the quality assessment and improvement process.

Track the flow of documentation as related to the quality assessment and improvementprocess.

Prepare reports and share information with the Regional Program Manager, Regional Office supervisors and Quality Assessment and Improvement staff..

Attend and report to the AE's and SCOs at various regional meetings or as requested.

Complete duties as assigned and participate in work groups as pertinent to the quality assessment and improvement process.

Retrieve reports and information from the Home and Community Services Information System (HCSIS).

Participate in statewide Quality Assessment and Improvement Team meetings.

Develop, analyze and trend data (tracking system) resulting from the quality assessment and improvement process.

Perform other duties as assigned.
