Years of Experience REQ:1 year plus of LTC experience, will accept clinicians with other recent specialty experience. Like rehab, med surg, hospital experience.

Requirements:
Active license (state)
Minimum of 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC) experience required
Must be able to pass a medication administration (med pass) test and clinical observation
Strong attendance and punctuality required
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Perform medication passes accurately and safely
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Complete timely and accurate documentation
Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies
Supervise CNAs on assigned units
