Position Description
Workday Project Lead - Talent Management responsibilities may include but not limited to:
• Lead Workday Projects through strategic planning, internal and external resources coordination and stakeholder management
• Ensure adherence to project processes, procedures, methods and standards across the project
• Lead meetings and set expectations for internal and external project teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. Manage changes in project scope, schedule and budget
• Escalate project risks to leadership and implement plans to mitigate or remove risks
• Measure project performance and provide visibility to leadership
Education and Experience
• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Computer Science or related field from an accredited college or university
• 5 years of related experience including responsibilities in project and program management
• Managing projects in diverse subject areas with the ability to quickly "climb the learning curve” in new subject areas
Skills Requirements
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to function effectively with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with systems and program users in in workday.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adapt to change effectively, always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems
