Job Overview
We are looking for a new person to support the global payroll team. This person will be detail oriented with strong analytical skills, and a self-motivated, independent thinker with excellent time management skills. Principal responsibilities include: -Prepare and submit monthly payroll changes for Austria RFFE, Italy, and Netherlands payrolls as well as review gross-to-net calculations to ensure accuracy of these EMEA payrolls -Audits of prior month payrolls to confirm SOX compliance for signature authorization and wire approval policies for non-US legal entities -Monthly ADP payroll service billings (Accounts Payable) for non-US legal entities -Respond to tier 1 timecard related emails from non-US employees (Qtime) -Monthly patent award payment tracking for non-US employees -Monthly severance payment tracking for non-US employees -Complete verifications of employment (VOEs) for US employees -Complete Employee Development Department (EDD) notices for US employees -Complete subpoenas for US employees/legal entities including check printing -Reissue W-2s for US employees (Jan-Feb high volume) -Filing -Adhoc projects as-needed
Minimum Qualification
-3-5 years prior experience in payroll -Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
preferred Qualification
-Global payroll experience (US and non-US) -ADP Streamline experience using SPM -ADP Globalview experience using SAP -Markview (Accounts Payable) -Oracle ERP
Education
Preferred: Bachelor's, Accounting and/or Business Administration and/or Finance or equivalent experience
