Set up meetings with new landlords and property managers throughout the State to explain how the rental assistance programs work.
Identify potential units for program participants.
Advocate on behalf of the program participants. Work with landlords to reduce as many barriers to entry as possible.
Using the NJ housing resource center maintain a data of landlords and available units.

Minimum of two years experience in real estate and/or property management.
Knowledge of federal,state & fair housing regulations.Knowledge of the State Law against discrimination.
Proficient in Excel & Word.
Ability to work nights/weekends if necessary.
