Project manager of IT application development experience with project management experience. 3-5 years of Agile/SCRUM experience required. Highly motivated, always learning and willing to partner with their leadership team, project teams, and clients to solve complex IT and business problems. They have a positive attitude that sets the tone for their team. Most importantly, they embrace unique culture by sharing their knowledge and experience with our team through collaboration, group work and peer review. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. The project manager will report to the program manager.

Lead and manage projects as assigned, both tactical and strategic
Deliver high quality artifacts and outcome through all phases of PMLC and SDLC
Coach, guide, train project team members and other PMs on PMLC, SDLC and related artifacts and deliverables as needed

Bachelor's degree in any discipline required
Project Management (PMI) Certification required
Agile/SCRUM certification (Preferred)
Advanced degree (Preferred)

Experience managing multiple large, complex projects across multiple functions
Experience managing and mentoring project management staff
Proven expertise successfully managing business and technical resources under an integrated project plan to ensure the alignment of resources
Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
Demonstrated experience delivering measurable business benefit through project execution
Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
Demonstrated proficiency in facilitating, delegating and motivating cross functional groups or activities
Exposure with change management/facilitation, enterprise communication and training
Highly organized, and the ability to multi-task competing priorities
Provide leadership, guidance, influence and mentoring for project teams
Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Proven project management experience
Ability to manage business and technical resources with an integrated project plan
Experience presenting, escalating, and providing solutions to senior leadership
Experience working within SDLC/PMLC and a track record of delivery
Act as a scrum master to ensure successful delivery of incremental releases of a large project build
Facilitates all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, standups, backlog refinement, etc.
Experience in working with multiple scrum masters, product owners and product managers to align overall sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint approvals
Microsoft Suite –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and SharePoint
Project Management Tools – MS Project, JIRA, ALM
Knowledgeable with process/system mapping and analysis
