The MassHealth Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) User Acceptance Team is looking for a Senior Systems Quality Assurance {SQA) Analyst to help in the testing activities for HIX and its supporting applications. This includes design and development of test cases and execution by both manual and automated methods. The SQA Analyst will be involved in executing testing efforts for all ongoing support initiatives analyzing and understanding technical specifications and reviewing test cases and scenarios to successfully implement the HIX system. The individual will report to the MassHealth SQA Director and will work closely with HIX QA Team Manager.

• Create and deliver test plan, test cases- create effective and reusable test scripts based on functional requirements and use cases.
• Validate test cases in English and Spanish.
• Critically analyze test results and make confident decisions and recommendations.
• Efficiently execute system and user acceptance testing and document: all testing results and ensure defects are recorded and tracked in the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) system.
• Participate in scope review sessions with Subject Matter Experts {SMEs).
• Provide oversight, coordinate and prepared test plans and scenarios in and outside of scope.
• work with QA UAT Manager and across project teams to ensure testing completion in line with project deadlines.
• Manage the determination of what needs to be tested and the materials needed to perform that testing and coordinate /clarify scenarios with the SQA and SME teams.
• Develop test: automation scripts and provide technical support.
• Develop and maintain testing issue documentation and adhere to escalation processes to ensure accountability and issue resolution.

Required Skills:
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and practices.
• Experience developing and validating SQL scripts.
• Expertise in Soap Ul tool.
• Experience understanding data elements, sources and relationships.
• Experience with managing the validation of multiple complex interfaces.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience developing test plans, report testing status, creating defect management reports, and assessing risk.
• Experience using Client ALM and Jira tools.
• Prior Medicaid eligibility experience desired.

• Masters in Computer Applications or associated discipline.
• 5 years of Quality Assurance Experience.
• Read and validate in Spanish.
• Proficiency using MS Office, i.e, Word., Excel., PowerPoint and Visio etc.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical and Selenium skills.
