Job Description
Function:Temporary Admin Assistant/Receptionist coverage.
This is a 2 week assignment while the receptionist is on vacation.
Start date is 9/17/18 end date is 9/28/18
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30am
Essential job functions:Responsibilities include (but not limited to):, • Scheduling candidate interviews, • Interacting directly with candidates, hiring managers and recruiters, • Providing support to the relocation program by processing relocation invoices and serving as back up to the relocation coordinator., • Processing/tracking all invoices submitted to Staffing Services, • Other administrative support duties as assigned
Required skills:• Experience providing Administrative Support
• Computer savvy
• Lotus Notes experience a plus
• Experience managing invoices
• Experience working with mobility services is a plus
• Demonstrated effective experience building relationships and working collaboratively in a team environment
Education:• High School/GED
