Work Schedule: Part-Time: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM- 1:00 PM
Position(s):One (1) - Document specialist/Records Coordinator
Assignment Information: Inventory shop drawings stored in the engineering library, process submittals into the electronic document management system and organize boxes for offsite storage.
Computer Software Requirements:Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
Special Skills Required:Organization, document management, scanning
