· Regular Morning shift

Certification Requirement:
· Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8057 IAT Level II/III certification.

Qualifications Requirement:
· 5-10 years' experience in a fast paces Service desk/desktop support environment.
· Experience managing a team in size of 15-20 over a 24x7 service desk operation.
