Looking for a Business Analyst to lead the development of the business case for a tool which supports CLIENT'S Talent Acquisition Strategy and aligns with CLIENT IT strategy and standards. In this role, you are expected to bring expertise and industry best practices in streamlining, modernizing and digitalizing the HR talent acquisition and management business operations in an international organization with global operations, manage a wide range of business and technology groups to define the business and system requirements and the tools and systems for talent acquisition. This position directly supports the needs of the Talent Attraction and Acquisition, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Workforce Analytics, etc., so there is a strong requirement to have a solid business process knowledge, project management experience in Talent Management System well as an understanding of the business processes and their touchpoints to other HR enterprise systems such as HR administration.
As the Business Analyst driving the development of the Business Case, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing leadership, technical advice and managing all operational and strategic aspects of the project;
  • Managing the life cycle of business case development by leading the project team members and creating a collaborative environment to guide the business streams to map and document desired business processes and interlinkages among the processes;
  • Identifying business process innovation and improvement opportunities;
  • Leading the project team in assessing system gaps of CLIENT information systems;
  • Proposing new system solutions with the end-product of a Business Case for the appropriate solution to enable the effective delivery of CLIENT HR strategy;
  • Manage the project timeline, deliverable and key milestones as well as assisting the project lead(s) manage and allocate staff and resources;
  • Communicating effectively with project stakeholders to evaluate alternative business solutions; and
  • Identifying project risks early and recommends alternatives.
To qualify as a champion for every child you will need:
  • An Advanced University Degree in human resource management, business management, international relations, psychology or another related field;
  • Eight years of professional experience in human resource project management in an international organization and/or large corporation;
  • Solid experience in implementing at least three talent acquisition system or other relevant HR talent management systems of similar complexity and scope as cLIENT'S ;
  • Five years of professional experience in managing HR technology projects;
  • Proven skills and knowledge in analyzing HR business processes and strategies; and
  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of another official UN language is considered as an asset.
