We build products to support the Simulation and Training division of Client. Specifically, we build the hardware needed in those simulators. The two main hardware components for simulation are PC based Image Generators (computers that produce the visuals) and projection systems to display the visuals. So we build up the PC's (combine motherboards, hard drives, power supplies etc into a chassis) and modify/ruggedize high end projectors to be installed on motion platforms. We also build a variety of other subassemblies and cables to support customer installations.

The position basically is using hand tools to assemble a variety of hi-tech components by following work instructions displayed through a Windows environment. Since the components are delicate, ESD sensitive devices, we hope to have people who have worked in that field or are familiar with handling procedures.

There is no requirement for any soldering but many of our past assemblers have had that skillset. This position doesn't do any electronic repair and there is no component level work. It is primarily a new build, mechanical assembly position with the background to be able to work with sensitive electronic assemblies.

Also, no certifications required.
