Complete Description:

- Perform Level 2 incident management for Messaging Services
- Provide technical guidance to end users on how to fix incidents
- Interface with multiple suppliers to coordinate and resolve incidents
- Leverage multiple data sources and platforms to troubleshoot issues

- Working knowledge of how email flows and architecture
- Understanding of how on premise based services interact with cloud based services
- Basic understanding of authentication to include single sign-on and multifactor authentication
- Working knowledge of Apple and Android operating systems and how mobile email functions and authenticates
- Good documentation and organization skills
- Excellent customer service skills
