Job Description

Associates are responsible for sorting documents and making determinations/decisions based on the type of document. This task requires accuracy, ability to meet established production standards, ability to sit for long periods of time, constant motion/repetitive movement, ability to understand the different types of tax forms and make sound determinations, keen attention to detail, ability to maintain integrity and organization of documents, ability to lift up to 20 lbs of paper documents, ability to follow verbal and written instruction, and ability to write legibly and transfer information.
