Job Description

Associates will inspect tax returns for missing documentation and other characteristics and make determinations based on written instructions. This task requires accuracy, keen attention to detail, ability to meet established production standards, ability to sit for long periods of time, constant motion/repetitive movement, ability to understand the different types of tax forms and make sound decisions, ability to maintain integrity and organization of documents, ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed, ability to lift up to 20 lbs of paper documents, ability to follow verbal and written instruction, and ability to write legibly and transfer information.
