The Web client/Server Programmer Analyst will performs complex analysis, design and programming to develop Client/Server and/or Web application systems. The resource will analyze requirements and data structures to design systems. The resource will develop system documentation including program specifications, impact analyses, detail designs, and implementation plans. The resource will perform testing of modifications and enhancements to ensure system integrity. The resource will debug and resolve production problems.

Minimum Requirements
a) Education Requirement:
? Desired (not required) Four-year degree with major coursework in computer science, business administration, mathematics, or closely related field. This requirement is desired and not required
b) Experience Requirement:
? Two (2) years' experience working with current Child Nutrition Federal Regulations
? One (1) year experience working with current automated CNP processing system
? Experience working with ASP.Net framework
? Two (2) years' experience working in a WEB environment and infrastructure
? Three (3) years' experience with database design and implementation skills in MS SQL Server 2005R2, MS SQL 2008R2 and MS SQL Server 2012R2
? Three (3) years' experience with Technical Writing, part participating in Peer Reviews, and communication effectively in English (written and oral)
? Three (3) years' experience with interpreting business requirements, developing impact analysis documents, developing technical specifications, resolving production defects
? Three (3) years' experience with writing, modifying, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting complex programs written in Visual Basic 6 and later versions
? Three (3) years' experience with writing, modifying, testing, debugging, implementing, and documenting complex browser based web applications using ASP, VB Script, JavaScript, MS SQL, and stored procedures within
a Microsoft centric environment
? Three (3) years' experience with knowledge of MS SQL Server and relational concepts, writing and modifying Stored Procedures, use of indexes, referential integrity, and foreign keys, knowledge of plans/packages in MS SQL Server 2005R2, MS SQL Server 2008R2, MS SQL Server 20 12R2, and SQL server performance issues

Duties and Responsibilities (demonstrate experience with similar tasks):
a. Performs complex analysis, design and programming to develop Client/Server and/or Web application systems.
b. Analyzes requirements and data structures to design systems.
c. Develops system documentation including program specifications, impact analyses, detail designs, and implementation plans.
d. Performs testing of modifications and enhancements to ensure system integrity.
e. Debugs and resolves production problems.
f. Follow system development processes and standards as defined by the host agency.
g. Have the ability to work with Database Administration staff and others.
h. May be required to mentor junior programmers.
